I have taken my animals to Dr. Kent Killian for many years. It is always, always a good experience, even when his substitue vets see my animals. He is wonderful, the other docs are great and the crew understands how we feel about our best friends. Now he has sold his biz, but still works there every week so you know it will continue to be good. Try this biz, it will make you and your animals happy.

I returned to see the doctor after an ongoing ear issue with my cat which was not improving. I asked if he was sure it was ear mites as the cat was strictly indoor and her condition wasn't improving. He looked inside the ear and confirmed he was sure. I was surprised when he didn't recommend to swab the ear or any other diagnostics. I was sent home with more ear mite medicine to treat my cat. Another three weeks later, without any improvement, I sought a second opinion (at another vet) and found my cat had an inner ear pollyp and required surgery. I am livid and will never take another pet to this facility.

I was referred to Dr. Killian by a breeder. My pup has been going there since we adopted him at about 8 weeks old. My pup loves him! I tried taking him to other vets, and for some reason, my pup doesn't like for anyone else to give him shots or examine him. He loves Dr. Killian.The staff may sound a bit short and maybe rude on the phone, but, when you get to the office, it's a different story. They are very nice and friendly. I guess when you call to make an appointment, they are busy with other patients at the time.I highly recommend Dr. Killian and would definitely use him for as long as he is in the office.
