Bartlein & Company was founded in 1969 and currently manages apartment buildings, office buildings, shopping centers and condominium complexes throughout the United States. Professional service is available for every type of project from a single family home (for an executive temporarily transferred out of state) to a 400 unit apartment complex (for a foreign investor). From a shopping center (for an investment group) to a condominium complex (for the owners' association). Our clients include banks, corporations, and investors with every conceivable occupation. We are a member of the Community Associations Institute and other professional organizations.
