I've tried to get in contact with him to represent me in a case concerning my daughter's father, only to find out that he'd be representing me and him at the same time. I'm not downing his capability to win cases I'm just saying don't try to get me to come out of the pocket to represent me and the enemy at the same time, that is all.

This office was wonderful and helped me with my case successfully. I greatly appreciate Mr. Holt and his staff.

Caution - this lawyer is extremely busy, and does not know how to properly manage his caseload. He actually scheduled 2 cases in 2 different counties at the same time. He did not inform me that he would be late, I waited 4 hours in court to find out he wasn't going to show up. If you want a personable lawyer that cares and wants to know how he can help you, this is not your guy. He was actually playing with/reading over some concert tickets while I was trying to talk to him. Very rude and unprofessional. He will take your money, and leave you feeling abused.
