My cars' serpentine belt broke while I was in GA-I live in Jacksonville FL. Ryan came out in the time stated and went above and beyond towing my car. He fixed my car thus saving me a few hundred dollars. He was so kind and knowledgeable and respectful to me and my daughter.. I highly recommend A-1 Towing! Ryan deserves a HUGE raise!

Do not use this A1 for repairs! They made an inadequate reair that did not hold for 70 miles. Which caused another repair, another night in hotel, and additional tow. Thewy promised to make good, but never did. Avoid!

Terrible!!! Do not use!!! They poorly repaired my vehicle to further breakdown 70 miles down the road. Caused me to pay additional repairs, tow, hotel room, and one more lost day! Danger. did not make good on the faulty repair!

My daughter had car trouble on the way to Florida, and A-1 went out of their way to help her. They were there within 45 minutes after we called AAA, towed the car, helped her get a rental car while they scheduled the repairs, found the problem, called me and explained that the front wheel bearing had gone out and that she did the right thing by stopping, because it could have been much worse if it had seized, charged a reasonable price, kept us informed, and were very pleasant and friendly. I was 350 miles away and they could have really taken advantage of the situation. The person I dealt with was Charlie. Highly recommended.

After my motorcycle accident the other persons insurance company was giving me the run around. A-1 towed my bike to a bike shop for free to help me out until the insurance issues are resolved. Great people. Great service. Will use again.

This company was referred to get my car from being stuck in mud!! THEY NEVER CAME!! There were other ppl in the parking lot as well that were stuck. When they did come to area the driver told me he was going to help the cash paying customers first and I had to wait. The operator at the conpany was rude. She told me that I may have to wait all night before they could get my car out of the mud. It was 30DEGREES!! DON't USE THIS COMPANY !! Especially I'd it's emergent! They are rude and very unprofessional!!
