On the day i went to see the apt s to decide to move in I spoke to a young gentleman and asked him, what is the penalty for early lease termintaion as i m looking to buy a house soon ? he stated that, since i didnt have to pay a deposit to move in as a perk to get people moved in, all I would have to pay is the $150 deposit. I said ok, not too bad. So, time comes around for me to break my lease since I bought a house and now the amount for breaking the lease is $500. I spoke to the person in charge in the office, which came in there wearing pajamas to talk to me...... Really?...... how proffesional. I spoke with him about what I was told by his staff and he said theres nothing he can do, its $500. I told him his staff is lying and decieving people to move in and that he s not doing his job if they are doing this, its false advertisement. I warn anyone and everyone to stay away from this place, the staff doesnt know what they are doing and they obviously have a preschool child running the office. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

It's better now. There is new management and they've fixed up the property. They are really friendly and want to fix things. I like it now.

this is the worst place to live in all of valdosta. it may be cheap but it is not worth it. trust me. I've lived there and it was the worst 12 months of my life. The shuttle service that didnt run, the constant notice on the door, the shootings, the drugs, the rachet roommates that were poorly matched. the office not caring about anything but them getting their money. constantly charging for nonsense and to top it off i still have not received my security deposit and i moved out at the end of july
