this place is ballin, i love this place. the food is great and the kids are amazing.

I have gone to this place a few times and loved it. When I went it was very busy too. The best for me would be the Mushroom Ravioli with Alfredo sauce. There Calzones are also amazing. I can't believe how good this resturant was.

I have visited Cione's on 3 occasions as well and found my most recent visits to be very enjoyable. I admit that when they first opened the service could have been much better. I understood that with any new place I go to that is usually the case. However, it seems like they have worked out the kinks. The food is great. That has been the case from the start.

I have been to Ciones three times now and one thing stands out as consistent. The service by the young kids that work there. They are friendly and attentive. Each time that I have visited though, there is one other thing I can count on - waiting 45 minutes to an hour for food. The kitchen is not managed well at all. Despite their delicious food and fabulous pizza - it is not worth waiting that long for. By the time the food comes out you are so full on sodas or water that you are not even hungry. Other folks I know that live in the area have found the same issues - so it is sad that this place will probably fail due to the fault of the productivity of the kitchen. What makes it worse is the evening manager has no experience in dealing with people. He has been completely rude and offensive on several occasions.
