Wendy at Wasserman Travel has been serving our travel needs for over 30 years. Every vacation is well planned and thought out,. We just returned from an amazing adventure to Kenya and Tanzania! Once again our trip was absolutely flawless. Ms Wasserman made sure all of our travel documents and visas were in order,. She also researched how to be sure we had all the proper and necessary innoculations. Moreover, she made sure every component of our trip was perfect. She got us great air schedules with seats assigned, we were promptly met in Nairobi by our our smiling and gracious tour guide and we were taken on the journey of our lives. Our dreams were fulfilled. It was so nice to know that she was available to assist throughout this complex process, and at the other end of the phone had we needed her for any eventuality. We would not think of traveling without Wasserman Travel. They are just the most caring people I know.

Wasserman Travel is an agency who cares about their clients. They are always friendly & professional. They have made a point to get to know my preferences, so when I want to book a trip they know exactly what to find for me. Wasserman Travel is the only agency I will use for booking cruises. They know their stuff!

Highly recommended travel agency.I tried to plan a trip to Europe at the last minute (involving several stops) using online websites such as Expedia etc. None of them could book the flights using a single carrier, and hence all made illegal connections.Wasserman travel was able to put together a flight plan quickly, on a single carrier per destination, and for much less than the online sites recommended.Did I mention they're friendly too?

The Wasserman has been our travel agency every since we moved to Vacaville. They are fantastic. I know that when they handle something, it will be done right. They find us the best prices and make sure we have what we need when we arrive. I travel with a handicapped person, and they are so much help in our situation. To top all of this off, they are really nice and lots of fun.

Wendy Wasserman made our travel arrangements for a recent 12-day Holy Land cruise in addition to an extended land itinerary in Athens and Istanbul following the cruise. Unfortunately, there was a fire in the ship's engine room and the cruise was terminated after six days. While other passengers, who had made their own arrangements over the Internet, scrambled to try to salvage their vacations, we contacted Wendy from Egypt, who immediately put together a total packet for us to continue our vacation--flights, hotels, and car rental--and, due to the time difference, worked after hours from her home to make it happen. Wendy goes "above and beyond the call of duty." We were so pleased with her professional service that, after several weeks at home, we asked Wendy to book another cruise and flight for us.

We have been customers of Wasserman Travel for several years and have always appreciated their excellent service. Recently, though, we had the opportunity to see just how amazing Wendy and the other great folks at Wasserman Travel really are. We got a call at 9:30 pm on a Saturday that my 85 year old mother had fallen while on a cruise ship and was being taken by ambulance to San Jose, Costa Rica. We were able to contact Wendy at her home and, by 10:30 pm, this wonderful lady was at her office (in her pajamas!) making us airline, hotel and car reservations (we were on a plane to Costa Rica by 8:00 am on Sunday morning). She stayed in close touch with us throughout this entire ordeal, to help make our return reservations, but also just to make sure we were all okay. We can never thank her enough for everything she did for our family to get my mother home safely, and we would recommend Wasserman Travel to anyone on the planet.
Our entire family and many of our closest friends have been traveling exclusively with Wasserman Travel since our first Hawaii vacation in 1979. The family feeling, the attention to detail and their two generations of travel wisdom make them perfect for the discriminating traveler. Sure, you can use the Internet but why would you? The deals are every bit as good if not better, they know what your personal preferences are, you have someone knowledgable to call and ask questions, they catch the booking errors common with today's travel and they are a really nice people.

Wendy Wasserman has been my travel agent for the past 10years. She is great at finding the best deals and getting everything just right. She is brillant, going to plan B and even plan C when tours cancel on you.
