I paid $15 extra to have 2-3 day shipping. It has been 3 days. I went to UPS and they told me my shippment would be here at 8:00pm. I oredered a bathing suit because I didn't have one. I called UPS it is now 9:04pm. I have no bathing suit and I'm leaving to the beach with no bathing suit. After I went and talked to a guy there they did not deliver my package

In the past 4 months I have had 3 packages delivered to the wrong address, 1 of which was never recovered. Another package was completely destroyed in which UPS would not pay any of the damages despite the package being insured, they claimed the package did not meet UPS packaging standards, I asked why they accepted the package for shipping in the first place if it was not up to thier standards and they declined to respond to my inquiry. This is out out 9 packages . $ out of 9 packages mis-delivered, lost or destroyed. Safe to say that the Uvalde UPS branch is at best incompetent.

The driver tried to deliver my package to the wrong address. When he was told he was at the wrong place and given directions to my address, he opted to leave the package in a planter at the incorrect address. It was only by chance that the people at that address happened to see it and brought it to me.

Today was the second time they deliver our package to the wrong house they were supposed to call back within the hour and they took longer to call back by then we had found the package ourselves.

Cannot get anyone to respond to pick up a package which was delivered in error. Called 800 number three days ago... Local number listed is the wrong number... Called 800 number again and was put on hold for 15 minutes. Hung up. I'm sure this person wd like to receive his package!
