My husband and I recently visited our mom at Focus as we do every two months as we live in another state. I cannot begin to express how much we admire and respect the staff on the third floor. They are all amazing people and have a special gift to be able to care for these people on an individual basis. They accommodate EVERY request we have for mother to be cared for. We know times are hard ye they do go above and beyond and should be compensated for any requests they need to make their work even more efficient. My biggest complaint is that before something catastrophic and costly happens that a full time Security Guard be visible in the parking lot area as our older family members are scared, especially at night due to the location and the housing across the street. Doing this will allow them to visit mom more often. Mom needs this for her mental health in as far as remembering all of her family. We urge you to do this for the safety of all staff and visitors. The building is really nice, but staff are unpleasant and my uncle didn't have a lot of activities to do
