I usually do not take the time to write a review, but I felt it was necessary. I had an issue with my furnace and called another company, long story short it was a horrible experience. So glad I decided to listen to a few people and call Country Suburban. Right from the beginning Nick asked what was happening, told me he was 10 minutes away. Got to the house tested several different components, narrowed it down changed out a part got my furnace working and said we will touch base in the morning make sure everything is good and then settle up. Absolutely great to have that type of treatment. Rather than other company which needed my credit card upfront and over charged for service without fix. Would definitely recommend Country Suburban, they have the knowledge and definitely the right customer service!

I thought for sure I was going to need a new furnace. Country Suburban showed up diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it. When it finally does go I know who I will call for a new Furnace!
