We have been doing business with the Henderson for years and been very happy with our meat we had processed. We raise our beef ourselves we feed them best alfalfa and corn for years. We have the best quality of beef melts in your mouth great marbling. The last time we took our beef to be processed at the Henderson it took longer than two weeks to get processed. And the beef had a real bad smell to it and it tasted sour and our beef came back with hardly any marbling. Something wrong there. To tell you the truth I think they gave us a different beef and resold ours in there store because the have always told us we bring in the best beef they have ever seen that's all they could talk about. They cant be trusted we heard someone else saying they don't think the got the same beef back from them either. I would not recommend them to anybody.
