Answer ur phone. I have been on hold for 42 mins. I just went in and was told there was a 45 min wait and that it was not with my doctor. There was also three people at the front desk and no one was answering the phones. Get ur stuff together. I now use Doctors Now in Johnston. So much better and they care. I didn't have to wait
