• Dental Examination
  You will likely notice some changes at your next appointment, beginning at arrival. We will request that you please remain in your car and call the office upon arrival. If your chair is ready for you, we will ask the patient to come inside. If not, we will ask you to remain in your car and will text you as soon as your chair is ready. When it is time to come inside, we will request that adults and children who are old enough to be unaccompanied please come on their own. For majorimportant appointments such as the new patient exam, and for other circumstances where a responsible party/parentparent is required, we will request that the patient be accompanied by only one person and that siblings remain at home.

• Teeth Cleaning
  It is very important that you continue to visit your family dentist once every six months, even during your orthodontic treatment, for teeth cleanings and routine dental checkups. If extra dental care is needed, we will be happy to coordinate with your family dentist to make sure that you are receiving the best care possible.

Restorative

  The MARA appliance is anchored to the molars with crowns, modified crowns, or bands. The lower attachments are fixed to the molars. The upper attachments are removable to enable your orthodontist to make adjustments according to your treatment plan.

  Dr. Denny Johnson received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toledo. His major was in chemistry, and the degree was fulfilled by doing a chemistry research project at UCLA. Dr. Johnson’s Doctorate of Dental Surgery was completed at the Ohio State University. He practiced general dentistry for more than 13 years, while gaining valuable experience in all forms of general dentistry.
