Established in 1916, Fairhaven Community is a nonprofit retirement community that offers a wide variety of nursing and emergency care services. It has medical and obstetrical units that offer 24-hour health care services. The retirement community s rehabilitation unit provides cardiac rehabilitation, and physical, occupational and speech therapies. Fairhaven Community offers respite care services that include assistance in daily living, nutritious meals and recreational activities. It also offers services, including daily housekeeping, weekly laundry, dietary and social services. Additionally, it offers hospice care services that include assistance, grief support and counseling. Fairhaven Community also provides spiritual activities, chapel services, and individual and family counseling services. The retirement community is located in Upper Sandusky, Ohio.
