Highly recommended because of large portions, price, atmosphere and there's a Coldstone's right across the plaza from the entrance. Friendly staff, but chefs aren't as skilled as Beni Hana's in Georgetown.

When Kobe first opened, we were excited to have a Japanese Steak House near our home. However, my wife has severe and life-threatening food allergies and needs to use special Soy Souce (which we supply). The staff at Kobe were VERY put out about our request, made us feel like 2nd class citizens and told us to never ask for special treatment again. Well, we never will, as we will NEVER go there again. The food was not all that great either, compared with other Japanese Steak Houses we have eaten at. It was relatively bland, not nearly as fresh and the salad dressing was not as tasty.
