Visited this place today and had to find a place to give it a review. It just opened so, Im going to go out on a limb and say this place has A LOT of room for improvement. I want this place to be delicious, but it is not. I ordered the rib dinner with green beans and collard greens. It was really really salty, all of it, just unrelenting SALT and no other flavor. No seasonings or vinegar in the collard greens, they were like salt water collard greens.The same with the green beans, no seasonings just salt and water. The ribs were mushy... AND dry... I dont know how that happened, but thats how it was. The BBQ sauce itself was really good. Helps get the ribs down, but that rub.... there was so much rib rub I literally ate a piece of it that was caked onto the meat It wasnt like a sweet, savory, delicious blend. It was hard to get down and salty. Thank God for the Pepsi. Please please dont take offense to this because I WILL come try you all again. I just hope maybe with some feedback youll consider changing up the recipes!
