After getting 5 other estimates from different Heating and A/C businesses, I went with BELAIR ENGINEERING CO. I live in a mobile home, and not many furnace unit sizes are out there to meet my needs. BELAIR was the only one that took the time and effort to research what was available for my home, where as the other companies gave me 1 choice, which was a brand that I researched on, and too many bad reviews. Beause of that salesman's efforts, and time, I went with BELAIR. The service tech's were very knowledgable, polite, patient, and at the very end they crossed thier t's, dotted their i's, to make sure everything was correct. And I am sure the space given to them to install this new furnace was a challenge. The furnace I replaced still worked fine, but, it was up there in age, and I did not want to test it's ability for another winter. So, I hope this new unit lives up to the name and reputation of BELAIR ENGINEERING.
