T.H.E. Pharmacy compounds a cream and a capsule for me. The final products look and work great. They text me when my compounds are ready. Never takes them more than 24 hours. They are well informed and professional.

ZERO as in no phone skills in answering a simple question over the PHONE.. if they can't answer a question over the phone, I dare not take my actual percriptions to them!!! Guy who answered was a real JACK! This rating only has one full star because this was the only way to submit this review..

T.H.E. Pharmacy staff and the Pharmacist are the most knowledgeable and personable I've ever come acrossed in any pharmacy before. I live in Chino and don't mind the drive. In fact, they deliver to me every month because I'm on their auto refill program, which I've never been introduced before at any other pharmacy. Also, when my medications are ready they text me. This is great service and they really do care and want to help their customers!!! The Pharmacist really does come out and takes his time explaining the medication!
I am on so many different types of medication that I decided to change my prescription over to this pharmacy due to closeness to my house and He is great knows me by name has my prescriptions ready for me and even emails me when they are ready! This is a great neighborhood pharmacy and more people should give their customers the type of attention the pharmacist give you here!
I walked into this pharmacy to get my medicine, I was surprised with the excellent service and the individual attention I received, the pharmacist was very professional and knowledgeable despite was busy he took the time to explain how the medicine would benefit me and explain the side effect.
