I have never had a worse rental experience in my life and I am thrilled to be moving out. Everything they tell you to get you to rent there is a lie! They have about half the parking they need, so you end up parking on the opposite side of the complex, the "new construction" was done so poorly that withing the first two months of living there the cheap floors they put in the bathrooms we already rolling up, and the noise makes it completely unbareable to live there. You can hear everything from neighboring apartments. Then to top it all off, they send you a notice thirty days before your lease is up giving you your term date, but what they fail to tell you is that you still have to submit a written thrity day notice, and if you don't they charge you $200 more a month, over the non-discounted rate that you have been paying, so we went from paying $1430 a month to having to pay $1800 our last month because of the scam they have going. Trust me, move somewhere else.
