I just had the worst experience at pacific spa and wellness. I have been a client there for many years. I had to reschedule my appointment yesterday due to being stuck in traffic for 45 minutes. I called right before 5 and my appointment was at 5 but knew due to circumstances out of my control I could not get there on time. The receptionist was pleasant and rescheduled me for today. I came in a few minutes early and she said she was charging me no show fee of 35 dollars. She gets Tai the manager. I said I did not no show, I called and rescheduled. She told me that I have no showed before which is not true I have always called/rescheduled. Tai was horribly rude and lied even about times I 'no showed' which she pulled up. Said you called because you had a sick child before and also you called when you were stuck at work. I paid for my massage today plus the no show fee and also tipped but left without getting a massage because I was too upset with how terribly I was treated by Tai.

This place has an attractive waterfall scheme and a modern atmosphere... it's hard to miss and is very inviting. After several months of getting adjustments 3 times per week from Dr. Corely, I decided to see another doctor. My new chiroprator reviewed xrays with me and immediately pointed out the problem areas and began treatment. He also started me with strength training activities to help w/ the muscle overcomensation. I began feeling less back discomfort within a few weeks. I cannot help but to think that Dr. Corely was abusing his treatment and getting the most out of my insurance.

Being almost 38 weeks pregnant I thought id treat myself to a massage before my baby arrives. I wish I had picked somewhere else! Not only did the massage therapist not once ask me if the pressure was ok or how I was doing, he only gave me a 45 minute massage even those I paid for an hour!!! He didn't ask if there was anywhere specific id like him to focus on, and he was a fan of using his hands way too fast amd using his elbows to dig into my back instead of gliding across the muscles. My back hurts worse now than it did before I went in. Not happy.
