Crete-Monee Middle School, located in University Park, Ill., provides education to students in grades seven and eight. The school has band, math, English, language arts, science and social studies departments. It organizes various fundraising events, field trips and music competitions. Crete-Monee Middle School has a parent-teacher organization that is in contact with parents through cyberspace on business, social and educational levels. The school is a part of Crete-Monee School District 201-U. The school district serves students in kindergarten through grade 12. It includes elementary, middle and high schools and offers special education services to students with cognitive, emotional, learning, physical and multiple disabilities.
