very relieved to say i had my last appt. with timperio & assc. today.made my last appt. today to personally fire him after a year and a half of lies,deceit and manipulation.march of 2010 i hired him to handle my comp and soc. sec. case which he totally botched.in short was supposed to file apeal regarding amount awarded from soc. sec initially told me" he would handle it" as the deadline aproached to file appeal i started getting worried.called him several times to get documents from my file,to no avail.so i had to fax requests to comp to get copies of past judgement that reduced my benefit,which changed my benefit from soc. sec.as to date$ 3600.00 in back money owed.i barely had time to get this appeal filed,could have lost thousands.this is only one discrepency that i will go into here.i will save the rest of the story for the ethics committe and the state bar assc.i would not reccomend this attorney or his assct. for anything.first time i ever hired an attorney to lose me money....

My brother paid this attorney for a no fault divorce. He told my brother it took a 90-day waiting period. It's been months now. He had seen my bro and keop saying "any day now." That was 6 months ago. The courthouse informed my brother a divorce was never entered. This means that my bro is out thousands of dollars because he would have gotten a rebate from this insursnce company for her health insurance he carries on his union insurance. Now that he has to do it all over again that's thousands more dollara. My advice is do not go to this guy as he does not return phone calls and says he is never in the office and lies more than an Egyptian rug. We plan to alert the bar association as to the nature of your unfair practices, lies and deception. It's no wonder why the public in general has a dislike for attorneysBecause of ones like you! You have to be the most unethical attorney on the face of the planet! I would highly suggest if you need an attorney don't use this one.
