I wish it was possible to give a negative star rating because that is exactly what this location deserves. I have never met a ruder individual completely devoid of customer service acumen (or any skillset relating to the customer for that matter) than Jolene. She was ignorant to me - in person- and would not resolve my issue to my satisfaction. Do not DO NOT DO! NOT! use this location for your shipping or packing needs. Plus the inside of her new Uniontown location smells like a dirty ashtray.

I had a terrible experience with Jolene. I left some things to be packed & shipped at Xmas & half of them were not in the box on arrival. They were family items for my grandchildren & irreplaceable, when I told Jolene about this & she said she would contact FedEx & get back to me. She never did, I kept calling her & she said she was waiting for FedEx to call her back. I finally called them myself & she had never filed a claim, so I did. Today (months later), I get this creepy phone call from a guy who says he is her father & he wanted to see "what we could do about the comment I put on here." Well, folks, I DID NOT PUT ONE ON HERE. But I am now. That guy sounded like somebody from the Sopranos & was very sinister. After I told him about my experience, he did not apologize, just sounded frustrated that I would not bow to his intimidation. So my advice is this: DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. They are incompetent and threatening. Go somewhere else. Now, Mr. Montana, I HAVE placed a review here

Have been using Jolene's for years. Wonderful people. I actually sold 4 custom 16" wheels with tires mounted that a person out of state purchased. I had listed them local pick up only, so told them shipping was on them. I took all 4 wheels and tires to Jolene's and called the purchaser from there. They weighed them, quoted the purchaser a price to wrap and ship, and I left leaving them to the task. Purchaser contacted me to let me know he received them in good condition. They cushioned the face of the wheels, then put cardboard on for scratch protection, then bubble wrapped each one. Purchaser couldn't believe they took that much effort to protect them. As long as we occasionally need a shipping service, we'll use them first.

Jolene's is a professionally run business and I'm well pleased with all aspects of the busniness.. Honest and professional--I use for laundry drop-off (wash, dry and fold) and I also use for printing, faxing and overnighting by Fed Ex. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, Gene Davis
