Duck Hollow learning is very biased against special needs children or children who do not fall into normal family circumstances. They are so worried about keeping their "star" rating, they kick kids out that are not perfect. The correspond through emails rather than face to face. The teachers will say one thing and the director e-mails later telling what a horrible child you have. We were also given a tour of one facility and the our son was placed into another. It took us about two weeks to realize this because they would have him in the "correct" room at drop off and pick up times. They refuse to help 3 years olds wipe after potty time and refuse to allow you to pack your child a lunch even if they don't like what is on the menu. We were told "kids need to try new things" They also took pictures of my child misbehaving and embarrassed him by showing them around, look at _________being bad.They are also biased against divorced families. Refused to provide info to both parents
