- Primary CareCenterville Clinics is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), a non-profit community based health organization. An FQHC provides comprehensive primary care, dental and mental health services to people in all spectrums of their life. Centerville Clinics also assists patients to access specialty and hospital care services not available at the center. Centerville Clinics provides total healthcare to the entire community through a network of 11 community medical, dental, and behavioral health offices serving Fayette, Greene, and Washington counties. We are the 5th largest FQHC out of 46 in the state of Pennsylvania. Centerville Clinics is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of at least 51% of clinic patients and functions under the supervision of the Bureau of Primary Health Care.

- ElectrocardiogramTo help us properly diagnose and treat your problem, you will provide a complete medical history and information about your work experience. You will be given a blood test, a chest x-ray, EKG, and a breathing test. These studies will give our diagnostic team an overview of your physical condition as you start the program. The tests will be repeated each year so that we can monitor any change in your medical status. The Medical Director of the COAL WORKERS AND CHRONIC RESPIRATORY DISEASE PROGRAM is a physician specially trained in respiratory disorders. The Medical Director will examine your lungs and prescribe the treatment needed to improve your respiratory condition.

- Mental HealthThe Student Assistance Program is a state mandated program for all school districts, and seeks to provide early identification of students with mental health needs. The SAP worker is stationed within select Washington County schools. Students are identified and referred by school personnel. The SAP liaison in turn conducts screenings and assessments; eligible students may participate in up to six group or individual sessions. Should a child require further treatment, the SAP liaison will refer them to the appropriate level of care.

The BSU offers assessment, monitoring, and case management services. To receive services from any of the following programs, an intake must be completed. - General PodiatryThe primary-care services offered by Centerville Clinics includes family practice, internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, podiatry and mental health services. Among the specialty care services are allergy treatment, audiology, cardiology, dentistry (including preventative dentistry, cleaning, examination, restoration and laboratory services), black lung and dermatology.Centerville Clinics is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n). This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal PHS deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
