This guy came out and pumped my tanks not once but twice when my system failed. Larry is usually booked for months so he did me a huge favor. I’ve used him for 20 years prior and will continue to use him after my new system was installed. As for those folks that feel he over charged them, there’s no way for him to know if your tanks are over full. Remember his truck only holds so much and then he’s got to take it and empty it before going to his next call. Diesel and disposal cost money. If you want a set price then be sure of the size of your tank and that it is not over full. He’s competitive in terms of pricing and you are getting a very experienced, knowledgeable, responsible, and professional technician.
What a "con" man. Quotes one price, shows up, does the job, then hands you a bill for $80 more than what was quoted! Also, very rude. Never again!
f you need septic service, don't use "Larry's Septic Service" as I did today. He quoted me $320 over the phone. (We have two 1,000 gallon tanks). As he was pumping, he stops and tells me it will be an extra $70 because my tanks are over-full! "What!?!"
I have been getting my tanks emptied every 2 to 3 years. I always paid what I was quoted. There were never any issues.
I really feel I was taken advantage of. I had no choice but to pay him. Another family on our street had the same issue. My goal is not to see his truck on our street again!
