After receiving cPap supplies from Health Care Solutions for over two years I changed insurance companies and to this point it had taken them over 11 months to figure out why I’m not getting supplies anymore. Insurance says they are In-Network and the hospital says their info was sent to them. I’m still waiting for a call back from them, which I know won’t happen. These people have no business handling medical equipment. My recommendation is to find a new or other DME company.

If you’re thinking about using Health Care Solutions / LinCare, DON’T!!! Find another supplier and save yourself a whole lot of aggravation!! I have been four months trying to get a bill taken care of for supplies I received but never ordered, I returned the box I received as soon as I got the return label. It took about six weeks just to get the label! Then I started getting a bill from them for the supplies I sent back! I can’t tell you how much time I spent on hold making calls to get the bill taken care of. Then one person told me they couldn’t with draw the bill because the box had been opened! Then they tried to tell me the merchandise had been opened! Oh, not only were they trying to get me to pay for something I didn’t have but they had already received a large payment from my insurance company. There’s more but long story short find a different supplier! If I could give them a minus rating, I would!

They brought a wheelchair to our house that was so big two people could have sat in it. A loveseat on wheels! It wouldn't fit through any of our doors, and while my husband is very tall, he isn't all that wide. So they took it back and said they would bring a smaller one. 8 weeks later and we are still waiting. Thank goodness we were able to borrow a wheelchair from a friend. If you really need medical equipment, don't even try to get it here - just go somewhere else to begin with. The driver was polite and friendly, but he apparently didn't follow up since the smaller chair just never came.

The other reviews are highly accurate. They are an administrative nightmare and even if you start with them you will need to switch because their failures will stop you from receiving necessary supplies. Avoid them to receive competent service.

This is the most unprofessional office I have ever delt with. Do yourself a favor and find another facility. Thank goodness we did not establish ourselves as patients there.
