Dr. Philip Ceraulo, DO is a Board Certified Pain Management Physiatric serving the Union area for more than 6 years. Dr. Philip Ceraulo is experienced in Osteoporosis, Headache and Fibromyalgia. He is a member of the American Medical Association, the International Spinal Interventional Society and the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. Dr. Ceraulo was also awarded the New England Journal of Medicine Academic Achievement Award.
