The guy honestly seems to be struggling with mental health issues. He kept repeating himself over and over even when it would have nothing to do with what was being discussed. Seemed to loose his train of thought in the middle of sentences and as I said before would just repeat what was previously said. Also the entire office smelled of feces and urine every time that I went. Someone needs to get this man help its truly heartbreaking to see. Where are his loved ones?

When I worked for attorney, Tom Briegel, at 20 S. Church St., two new lawyers fresh out of law school came in, and I did some typing for these great guys. They were Gordon Rolla Upchurch and Isidore Lamke--both wonderful people. I admired them both tremendously and still do. They were a joy to be around! I see where "Ike" is a judge now, and Gordon has his own practice and is my personal lawyer. When Gordon was prosecuting attorney for Franklin County he was the BEST our county had ever had. I wish he still had that position. I was the legal secretary with a very smart and wonderful office manager, Sandy Yenzer. She was absolutely brilliant. She was practically an attorney herself. No one could handle probate cases like Sandy. I have very fond memories of working there and will love them all that worked there; but was so saddened when Tom passed in 1982. He was a prince of a guy. I cherish ALL my memories of the Union, MO law office!!! We must all trust in GOD, Donna H.

Used as a divorce attorney. Was very thorough and was excellent with communication and advise. Will definitely seek assistance if needed in the future from Gordon Upchurch!
