Dispite the other reviews I still took a chance because I had forgotten my mother inlaws birthday. I called at 3:30pm and ask for delivery for same day they assured me that they would get it there today and sure enopugh thay arrived and were fresh beautifull and they added a happy birthday mylar to add an extra touch. I ordered a fruit and cheese basket ..My Aunt had just passed away. They sent my Uncle fake fruit and no cheese... He was very upset as was I... They never sent me an itemized bill I had to call my credit card company to see how much I was being charged for the item.. No happy all all did not need this on top of everything else that was going on....

i have try to contact them through email and unanswered phone calls , nothing , pick out nice rose and vase for my wife they sent carnations and tulips , i ordered a balloon with it ,no balloon, a email saying they received my order, nope, itemized list for a bill, why should they bother, money out of my account for payment, yes very quick imagine that , every do business again , never not even for my own funeral , i would probably get congratulation flowers
