One of the most horrible experiences I have ever had in dealing with a company. I find them very difficult to deal with. They do not show up when supposed to, take several months to do job that was promised in one month, missed an inspection, send people to meet with inspector that speak hardly any English, show up unannounced to do work. Tried to move forward with project but continue to have many issues. Did not install system according to plans and did although inspector placed changes on plans, co. did not make changes to new plans and now inspector says needs to be resubmitted to city. Wants me to take plans to city for approval. Call to office - yelling in background. Still don't have plans - inspection was 6-7 weeks ago. Have to come back because forgot to bring correct material to job. Problems persist.
