General Info

Sean Re provides counseling services to adults, couples, adolescents, and families. Sean integrates a variety of modalities to provide a therapeutic experience tailored to the clients specific needs, honoring their unique intellectual, cultural, spiritual, physical, and human qualities to provide a feeling of safety and respect. Sean focuses on the client’s strengths and seeks to restore a sense of aliveness to help the client live their life to the fullest. He meets the client where they are in this moment: in their stage of life and circumstances, and how they are experiencing it. He acknowledges their unique resources and capacities to solve their own challenges. It’s in this place of acceptance that he supports the client to move toward their goal. Sean also uses therapies informed by the latest information from research in psychology, neurobiology, as well as “evidence based practices,” especially pertaining to the field of trauma.
