I hired Ronal Dinan & Associates to defend my son on a felony (4th) DUI arrest. First and maybe foremost, there were some significant issues with the evidence in the case starting with the fact that my son barely blew over the limit for DUI. But beyond that there were issues with the Highway Patrols reporting of the arrest and some issues with the cause for the stop in the first place.From the very beginning I had significant issue with Ronald Dinan & Associates. Issues with communications (not getting timely communications), not getting communications at all, getting erroneous information, even to the point that their firm wasn't even aware that my son was still in jail. By the third week I had alredy lodged no les than two complaints with Dave "Jake" Schwartz who was supposed to manage the attorneys for the firm.
