Located in Tyrone, Ga., Operation Mobilization is an interdenominational, nonprofit missions organization. It motivates, develops and equips people for world evangelization and strengthens and helps plant churches, especially among the underdeveloped countries in the Middle East, Europe and south and central Asia. The organization also provides relief and development services, including medical and community health services, educational literature and vocational trainings. It operates a global network mobilizing people and resources for various countries. Its members offer a variety of teachings through creative ministry techniques, such as clowning, mime and puppetry. Its children ministry provides various creative ministry workshops. It offers various relief and development services that include emergency relief and long-term rebuilding efforts for earthquake victims with food, water and clothing. In addition, Operation Mobilization has a variety of programs for the people of slums, including schools, clinics, adult literacy and job training.
