Visited the shop and from the beginning was surprised by the staff. Friendly and knowledgeable. No pressure. A little back and forth on price which is to be expected. Bought the truck at a price I could live with. Here is where it got better. Being new to Massachsetts I really didn't know the rules and laws regarding insurance and registration. They walked me through the process even providing phone numbers for my insurance carrier. Printed all of my documents and helped me secure a tow of my new truck to my residence. I would definitely shop there again.

We have purchased several vehicles from Modern Auto. Each experience has been positive. The staff is friendly, helpful and down to earth. The vehicles we purchased have been reliable. The on site service center is a convenient location for oil changes, etc. I would recommend this dealership for people looking to buy nice, reliable used vehicles.

I can be tough to please especially when spending money. My wife and I were not looking for the vehicle Leo showed us, he had listened to the details of our needs and presented something frankly I was skeptical of. I did some research and discovered it was all he said and more. Long story short it is now four months later and this is the best vehicle I have owned. It did have a couple of problems that came up but how they handled them was a pleasant surprise. Never in my life have I dealt with an auto dealer like this, it was a simple process, a fair price and what they delivered was beyond immaculate. They know the product and it looks like the selections are carefully picked. I look forward to buying my next car from them
