Horrible. On the bill they rudely put that you're responsible to have payment in office by due date but don't cash your check for 2 to 3 weeks. They sent me a $55 bill on the day my $42.00 bill was due saying the $55 bill was due a week later and I don't know what for because the month wasn't even over yet. And they cut my water off randomly without notice. You can NEVER get a hold of anyone in billing. They purposely avoid you. I hate this company!
