On October 2, 2014, I was approved to receive a voucher for a pair of eye glasses at The Eye Mart on broadway in Tyler, Texas. I will be eternally grateful to you! I can see again. PATH is a dream come true for both the people who find themselves in a position to need some help and also for those who want to help!! It is like a club where they put the two together! If you ever want to "Pay it forward", I have never seen an organization that stretches each and every penny as far as these guys do!! And they don't take just money. They can help you achieve a dream! They can take an idea, gather others who like to help and together, your dream can come true. When I needed help as a teen mother, I promised I would help others someday. I got a chance when I found a beautiful old home that was to be destroyed. I bought it for very little money. A foundation paid to have it moved and PATH took it from there! They got the land, the rebuilding and every thing else it needed coordinated. Now it is a home on the North side of Tyler for large families that need a break!
