One of the worst places to live, the manager Liz showed me a room that is very nice and once i signed the lease, thinking my room will be the same, I have come to find outthat two of my kitchen drawers won't pull out, there's sharp nails sticking out from under the new carpet laid on top. As for the water, there is barely any water pressure from my bathroom sink. So disappointed.

I have lived there now for six months, and in that time I have seen the pictures they put up about all the nice kitchen cabinets, and its a lie, only some of them have nice kitchens, we saw a nice unit and then decided to move in only to find out our apartment only has a half of a full size cabinet, so where in the world do I put my dishes, and so disappointed, we were told we could have looked at the unit before we signed the contract, but they would not let us see it before it was ready, so what are we supposed to do, we already waited a week to have this one ready, and they wouldn't let us see it before it was, so we had no clue it was small and lacking the kitchen cabinets we were promised, not to mention the two pantries the other unit had, and this one only has a small one, so they lack integrity in my eyes.

2013 has been a great year for this property. There is an ongoing, property wide make over. The new management are really updating the units along with the outside appearance! So happy with my decision and my beautiful new home!

The apartment managers were very rude and unhelpful when my sister's death took place there. They would not refund us her rent money that was paid on the 26th of April for the month of may. She died on April 30th. They also refused to get there cleaning crew to clean up the bloody bathroom. We had to get and outside person to do this. My sister lived in Meadowbrook apts since 1991 and out or respect we at least thought that they would have helped us in some way, but they refused to do anything. They then had the nerve to ask me if there was anything that they could do, after refusing to refund the money and not cleaning the bathroom. I think this should go to the Better Business Bureau and I have already contacted a news station to do a report on this. If there are any further questions, please call me at 903-312-8463
