My husband was recently offered a new job that will require him to wear suits and ties. It has been a long time since he purchased any of these items and was unsure where to start. He called the Joseph A. Banks store in Tyler, Texas where Joanne Dunagan, a temporary fill in, answered the phone. Joanne was awesome! Even though this particular store did not have the item my husband had located on the website, Joanne stayed on the phone for over 20 minutes answering questions about what types of shirts, pants, and jackets he needed to look for in order to fit his body type. She also helped my husband locate these items on the website so he could go ahead and order them stating that he could return them to the Tyler store if they didn't fit correctly. Joanne went above and beyond for the company. We will be shopping at Joseph A. Banks for my husbands entire wardrobe because of Joanne. What a wonderful experience.
