Had a negative experience with Hicks Repair this morning. Took a push mower in to have the control self propelled cable replaced. They used the same cable that was on the mower, kept it for 12 days and when it was finally ready, I got the mower home and the self propelled didn't work. They have a pick up service but said they would charge me 20.00. That's poor customer service! Any business that's not willing to stand behind their work is not someone I want to dealwith. They lost my business!
