Our legal staff consists of Managing Attorney and Owner Scott P. Miller, Attorney Mark Balzarini, Attorney Luke Lamprecht and two "Of Counsel" Attorneys, Tim J. Hansen and Bruce Kness. We have a full staff providing the complete funding coordination, drafting of documents, and our LifePlan maintenance program.
