Ugh,,, the worst expierence ever! They ran out of hot water @ 9:00am on the morning of checkout and we called the front desk and she simply said that we would have to deal with it! We waited and it never even got remotely warm, so we then decided to just pack up and leave, upon checking out the front desk told my boyfriend that oh,,,,, we compted your stay until 2:00 but we will have to wait for a room to be cleaned for you to take a shower! That is horrible! It was raining really bad,so I made it my point that when I returned home to leave a review and state that even though it was a last minute room for us it wasnt even close to worth the money we paid for it! Needless to say we will not be returning to Sand Castle Inn. We have been visiting Tybee for almost 2 years and have never been through a situation like this and hope to never expierence it again. Tybee is a great place to go surfing for the weekend when you only live 1.5 hours away. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE SANDCASTLE INN!!!!!!!
