- Real Estate LitigationMr. Reimer started practicing law in 1968, after receiving his Juris Doctor degree from Ohio Northern University. His practice is concentrated in the area of real estate law, mortgage foreclosure and civil litigation, and he has been recognized locally and nationally for his representation of clients in those areas.
- Estate PlanningPrior to merging, Jeff had maintained a successful law partnership and title company with fellow graduate Rich Nielson since 1993. Since, 1993 Mr. Sherry has concentrated his practice to real estate, probate, and estate planning. He directly oversees the firm’s title company and conducts most of the firms residential, commercial, and REO real estate closings. Jeff also handles a number of general real estate related litigation matters such as evictions, quiet-title actions, adverse possession actions and boundary disputes.

- BankruptcyMr. Arnovitz is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. In addition, he is a member of the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees and the American Bankruptcy Institute. Further, he is a past Chair of the Bankruptcy Section of the USFN as well as a past Board Member. He has been a frequent speaker for the local and state bar associations as well as seminars sponsored by clients and various organizations in which he and the firm is a member. He has authored several articles in the areas of bankruptcy law and creditors’ rights.
