Carl did an excellent job; friendly and professional. He explained everything he was going to do and his write up summarized what was done and noted any issues we needed to be aware of.

John Johnston did a great job; however, the write-up did not state fleas or the garage and playhouse...He deserves his bonus...Caleb was also with him...Aptive needs to continue sending the same workers to their customers, and show them the write-up before leaving...One should also know about appointment more than one day in advance and whether they are coming morning or afternoon...Thank you. Damon was very professional when he showed up for our reservice. Our dog (a 100 lb great dane) is very friendly but can look somewhat intimidating. Reps knocked on door and introduced themselves and their program. Went thru speil that they were in neighborhood and wanted to fill day, giving me a great deal on first application. But they were truthful in answering my questions. Admitted right away that I would have to commit to one year of seasonal treatments to get the first application discount.I have been considering treatment due to spiders getting into house. They were very friendly and thorough. A few minutes later the man who does the web cleaning and application arrived. He repeated everything they had said and gave me the opportunity to ask any more questions.He worked professionally and did a thorough job. I can cancel at any time but pay a little more than the discounted price if I do so.I agreed to all and thus far am happy with the service. I'll know more after some time has passed. If the spiders go away I will stay with them.My service Pro was Shawn Seward.
