I am so disappointed in the Montana Steak House for not respecting a customer request. We went there specifically because of karaoke. The man running it put flashing strobe lights on. I have a seizure disorder that is triggered by these type of lights. My friend asked if he could turn them off and he said no because it would ruin the effect. Really? You need strobe lights to experience the full effect of karoke? He did end up turning off one set of lights, but how is that supposed to help? There were still strobe lights on. I had to sit at the bar with my back to the singers and with my eyes closed most of the time. I will say that the female bartender was extremely nice and continually checked on how I was doing. That night I had a seizure. I wish I'd had it while in the bar, then I could have sued. It was preventable, but I was in an place that doesn't respect the American's with Disabilities Act. Mgmt really needs to address this issue.

We called and wanted to hold planning meeting, no problem, they accommodated us and we are going back again. People where friendly, service was good and food was excellent. They went above and beyond!

Friendly people and excellent food!!! me and my boyfriend love going to eat there even if is not a special day. :)
