Management of this hotel is VERY angry and unprofessional. My wife and I went there for a two night stay, and were awakened after being asleep for two hours by a manager and SIX Twin Falls police officers. The temporary "manager" claimed that there were "numerous" complaints of a "marijuana" smell coming from our room . After searching us and our room, the police said there was nothing wrong there, and it must have come from somewhere else. The "manager" became angry about us being innocent, and demanded we be evicted anyway, despite this being ILLEGAL under Idaho Law. We were publicly evicted and humiliated, and sent away, escorted by a group of police officers, while guests looked on. Since then, calls, letters and emails to Hampton Inn, on every management level (from the general manager (Elisa Wynette) to Phil Cordell, Senior Global VP) have gone unanswered and ignored. Obviously,Hilton Hotels trusts the expert opinion of an untrained desk clerk over that of 6 highly trained Police.
