      Matthew H. Packham, MD earned his bachelor's degree in human biology from the University of Utah. He completed his four-year obstetrics/gynecology residency at the San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium. Dr. Packham was part of the US Army 25th Infantry Division and served for two years in Iraq. He also has practiced in Fairbanks, AK. As part of his practice, Dr. Packham delivers babies at St. Luke's Magic Valley.
