A few weeks ago, my life literelly changed when an old back injury flaired back up, worse than ever. I couldn't bend over to tie my own shoes. I was referred to BodyBalance by my physician. After working with Joel Brown, who I refer to as my own personal Miracle Worker, my back started immediately improving, within 3 visits I could "tie my own shoes", by my 6th visit my back was so improved, I may only require 1 more visit to confirm that I am completed with the physical therapy. I have found the key to recovery is to do -Exactly- as Joel instructed and continue the prescribed program "again -Exactly-" as instructed at home.
