The space rent is around average in OC, there's a few parks offer cheaper rent, but they are either for seniors only, or have smaller space with no carpool parking. I have lived here for 5 years, so far I am still enjoying it very much. The clubhouse has everything, library, pool table, coffee, swimming pool, jacuzzi, Sanna, they have done many improvement to make it more comfortable, it's a nice, quite, safe community with beautiful landscape. The manager and the assistance live in here too, they are warm earted and very helpful. They put 11 regularly 4 bedrooms homes in the back, all sold out.
