I would rate them a 0 but that was not an option, we have been with them over 21 months now with no adoption in sight. We have paid them over 15 grand and they continue to just stall and ask for stupid things, they will not return you calls, and emails. don't use them if you want a child, they take your money and leave you high and dry. They are unprofessional and don't know any answer to any question you ask, they tell you they will get back to you and you never hear from them. The counselor we have is always out sick or has an excuse as to why she is not returning emails or calls and when you do complain they come of with something stupid that they now need from you just to stall the process. We are going through Russia and we know of 5 familys personal friends of ours that have adopted from Russia in less than 16 months. Please Please do not use this agency they will leave you childless and heartbroken!!!! Heartbroken in Texas
